ADDED COMMENT: As the first commenter points out, the device in the movie looks just like the OQO PDA-sized Windows XP computer. But I'm leaving the post here, because the movie pictures still show the greatness of the TyTN/K-JAM form factor.

About: HTC TyTN PDA-phone, Windows mobile, PDA phones in general, Wi-Fi phones, 3g devices, mobile blogging, mobile VoIP, mobile browsing, mobile business, mobile everything.
I was using a PDA phone since 1999, the Nokia Communicator 9110, before anyone used the word "smartphone." Now I've replaced it with the new TyTN, a Windows Mobile device with keyboard, 3g, and Wi-Fi. It's also called the Hermes, Cingular 8525, QTek 9600, I-Mate JasJam, T-Mobile Vario II, and more.

To me, it looks more like an OQO sub-notebook... That thing is too expensive, though :(
I agree, now that I look at it the movie device is definitely modeled after the OQO. Even has the circular enter key and the rectangle cornered look.
But don't go being too jealous, the OQO has no cellular connectivity. No cellphone calls, no data connectivity when away from a Wi-Fi hotspot.
That is an OQO. The OQO 2+ is out in may and has Broadband 3G GOBI cellular connectivity. It also has a touchscreen.
But what is the cable he uses to hack the securiti network?
Cool article you got here. I'd like to read more about that matter. The only thing it would also be great to see on this blog is a few pictures of such devices as gps jammer.
